Regarding Use
Please come to the confirmed temple location 10 minutes before your reserved time. *Shuttle service option available.
If you have any illnesses, are pregnant, or are feeling unwell, please inform us. We may adjust or refrain from treatment based on your condition.
Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds due to customer circumstances after your visit, including cases where you are not feeling well. Please understand this policy and be sure to consult with us beforehand. Additionally, please note that we cannot be held responsible for refunds or compensation if you experience health issues after treatment.
Reservations at Temples
Even if a tentative reservation has been confirmed at a temple, there may be occasions where the reservation is canceled or changed to another temple due to sudden temple ceremonies. In such cases, we will contact you by the day before your reservation. If, unfortunately, we are unable to find an alternative temple and the reservation is canceled, a full refund will be provided, and no cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation or Changes
Please be sure to contact us for any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation 2 days before: 50% of the reservation fee
Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reservation fee
No-show: 100% of the reservation fee
Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact the store as soon as possible. We may need to change your reservation to a shorter duration than originally booked. We will not accommodate extensions of time or reductions in fees. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may consider it a no-show.
Prohibited Actions
If any of the following actions are observed, we will consider it a cancellation at the customer's request and will cease treatment immediately. Additionally, all future use of our services will be prohibited. In such cases, the full fee will be charged. If deemed necessary by us, you may be required to accompany us to the local police station with proper identification for further actions. Please be aware that we may take legal action for damages caused.
・Behavior, speech, or actions that lack propriety or make staff uncomfortable
・Speech or actions that staff deem dangerous or threatening
・Criminal acts such as voyeurism or eavesdropping
・Actions that cause or have the potential to cause harm to temples or related places
・Affiliation with organized crime or similar groups, or visible tattoos
・Use of drugs (marijuana, stimulants, paint thinner, etc.)
・Intoxication
・Requests for treatments that deviate from those offered by our store
・Directly requesting treatments from staff or attempting to recruit them to other establishments
・Failure to provide accurate information on the questionnaire or refusal to fill out the questionnaire
・Failure to comply with staff instructions or warnings
・Any other situation or behavior that we deem unsuitable for treatment
Other
・In the event of earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, or other natural disasters, accidents with transportation or communication networks, or other force majeure events that may delay the start of our services, we will contact you.
・We are not responsible for theft or loss within the facility. ・Regardless of before or after treatment, if you cause inconvenience or damage to others, it is your responsibility to resolve it, and we and the temple are not liable.
・If emails or other electronic communications between us and the user are intercepted or leaked, we are not liable.
・In the event of a fire, earthquake, or other situation where we deem it impossible to continue our services, we may temporarily suspend our services without prior notice or consent from the customer.
